Your key responsibilities

• Manage multiple technical and advisory Tax Compliance projects to a wide range of domestic and global clients;
• Identify and develop new strategic business opportunities;
• Manage timings and expectations with customers;
• Deliver quality deliverables/solutions using general Tax Compliance knowledge and contribute to the profitable growth by ensuring client engagements are executed in an efficient manner by processes optimization and leveraging on technology; 
• Advise local and multinational companies in order to align their tax compliance position with their business strategy in order to maintain competitive advantage and provide shareholder value;
• Ensure the submission of corporate tax obligations (IRC, IVA, IRS, IMI, etc), as as well as other compliance and reporting obligations (e.g. COPE and CBCR);
• Stay abreast of current tax, legal and business trends relevant to the client's business;
• Contribute to the team’s good productivity and motivation with good communication and cooperation to guarantee the best result.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Academic Degree in Tax, Economics or similar fields of study, mainly in reference university;
• At least 4 years of professional experience in Tax Compliance;
• Background in consulting environment, mainly in Big4 or Second Tier companies, is valued;
• Easy interaction and special acumen for the its use on tax processes;
• Experience in team management;
• Some experience in business commercial development;
• Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments;
• Full English proficiency.
