Join our Talent team and play a key role in delivering talent and organisational development initiatives designed to enhance performance and employee experiences across the full employee lifecycle within Central Services Groups.

In this position, you will work as part of a team of Talent Consultants, collaborating closely with Talent Leads and key stakeholders to deliver talent management and performance activities across CSG. You will support the end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of talent products, encompassing project planning, communication, change management, capability-building and data governance.
Working in an agile way, you will contribute to the planning and delivery of prioritised work, adapting to changing requirements and identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate processes. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to broader organisational development initiatives such as inclusion, recognition, succession planning, employee engagement and organisational design.
- Bachelor’s degree or other relevant tertiary or professional qualifications in disciplines such as HR, business or a related field
- Previous experience supporting talent management or organisational development initiatives, such as performance, promotions, succession planning, inclusion or employee engagement
- Experience in project and change management, with the ability to coordinate work from planning through to delivery
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions relating to talent management
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to compile, analyse and interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a global team and work with stakeholders across different regions and cultures
- A learning mindset, curiosity and strong problem-solving skills.
