Our Operational Risk Product & Delivery team within the Risk Management Group delivers meaningful business change and improvements to operational risk frameworks across Macquarie. Working closely with teams across the organisation, we enhance processes, systems and ways of working to support effective risk management, regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

As a Project Delivery Manager, you will support the delivery of strategic business and risk transformation initiatives, including operational risk framework simplification, regulatory remediation programmes and risk management improvements. You will work closely with business, risk management and technology teams to translate complex requirements into practical solutions, while driving delivery outcomes and supporting effective stakeholder engagement. You will also coordinate project governance, planning, reporting, dependency management and risk oversight to help ensure successful delivery within a dynamic and evolving environment.
- 3-5 years' experience in a project delivery, business analysis, project management office or related role within financial services, consulting, risk management or regulatory environments
- Experience supporting operational risk transformation programmes, including the implementation of policy and framework changes
- Strong project coordination skills, with experience developing project plans, maintaining project risks, actions, issues and dependencies, tracking milestones and supporting timely delivery of outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience facilitating workshops and collaborating across business and technology teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, identify risks, exercise sound judgement and appropriately escalate issues in complex environments

Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks.
