International Propositions Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of International Propositions Manager.

Principal responsibilities

• Build and maintain performance measurement frameworks for proposition initiatives (funnels, cohorts, conversion, retention, referral, etc.) and ensure consistent cross-market definitions.
• Develop scalable reporting and dashboards (self-serve where possible) to track KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and customer journeys; automate recurring insight packs.
• Present insights confidently to senior stakeholders; turn complex analysis into simple narratives, recommendations, and decision-ready materials.
• Deliver regular market, competitor and customer trend updates (macro/micro, segment behaviours, channel performance) with clear “so what / now what” actions.
• Provide test-and-learn support: design experiments, evaluate results, quantify incremental impact, and recommend optimisation actions.
• Partner with data owners and engineering/BI teams to improve data availability, lineage and quality; document assumptions and logic to - prevent inconsistent reporting.
• Participate in data discovery to determine the most appropriate usage of data to fulfill the requirements
• End to end project management with cross team (cross location) collaboration
• Participate in forums, meetings or events to share insights with business stakeholders for campaign evaluations
• Maintain the highest level of output quality to minimize any occurence of incidents

Requirements

We seek highly motivated specialists who have the following experience and qualifications to join our dynamic organi-zation

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in one or multiple skills in business analytics or contact and communication design and operation in the financial or digital domains. Or similar experience in analytics consulting or managing digital products.
• Proven experience in one or more of: customer segmentation, portfolio analytics, pricing analytics, digital mar-keting, data science, use of open-source data in analyses.
• Familiarity with analytics/visualization tools such as Python, SQL/BigQuery. Tableau/QlikSense/Looker studio, hands-on experience on cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with impact, with the capacity to ensure complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to a wide and varied audience.
• Good problem solving skills, exhibit self-motivated, self-starter behaviors.
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
• Strong team player; able to work with members of different skills and experiences. Comfortable to operate in a complex matrix structure with multiple stakeholders.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Carrer Band than stated above.
