Senior Product Manager, Business Lending Product

Our Product Management team drives innovation, quality and efficiency in our growing business bank, aiming to become Australia's fifth largest by leveraging digitisation and technology, and creating scalable efficiencies across the business. You will contribute to our Business Lending strategy and work in a collaborative, fast paced environment where we are empowered to make decisions that result in the best business banking experience for our clients and staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges and deliver effective solutions
- Clear communicator who can influence outcomes without owning every decision.
- Comfortable operating in a complex environment and navigating trade-offs across risk, technology and delivery constraints.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and has the ability to cope with uncertainty and ambiguity.
- Experience in the corporate banking landscape and product management is highly regarded
