Administrative Manager Support Services
The Administrative Manager leads the broader administrative support team, with responsibility for team performance, staffing strategy, workflow management, stakeholder support, and continuous improvement. The role drives service effectiveness, coaching quality, cross-team coordination, and broader office or regional priorities across the support model.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and lead the Nearshore Administrative Services team, shaping its structure, culture, leadership routines, and service model to support senior consulting leaders across the Americas and Europe.
- Oversee day-to-day hub operations, including demand intake, staffing, capacity and coverage planning, workload allocation, service continuity, and escalations across regions and time zones.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, coaching, development planning, and succession to build a strong and sustainable pipeline of administrative talent.
- Establish scalable service-delivery practices, learning programs, career pathways, and skills frameworks that support team growth and high-quality stakeholder service.
- Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and functional leaders, ensuring the support model responds to regional needs and professional-services standards.
- Use service metrics, quality reviews, and feedback to improve responsiveness, capacity, stakeholder experience, employee engagement, and operational performance.
- Lead change adoption, cross-team initiatives, and a people-first culture grounded in trust, inclusion, accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- University degree or equivalent experience, with 10+ years of relevant operational and leadership experience.
- Experience building, scaling, or leading administrative support, executive support, shared services, or global delivery teams.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop managers and experienced administrative professionals in a growing or evolving organization.
- Experience establishing scalable staffing, onboarding, workload management, and service-delivery practices.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Sound judgment in managing priorities, delegation, workflow, staffing, process improvements, and day-to-day operational decisions.
- Strong communication and analytical skills to address complex operational challenges and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
