Entry level / GraduateOn-siteSoftware Engineering

Support the configuration and development of ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, GRC).
Assist in the customization of workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server scripts under the guidance of senior profiles.
Contribute to the analysis of ICT processes and the identification of improvement and automation opportunities.
Collaborate with ICT, business stakeholders, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Support testing, deployment, upgrade, and platform enhancement activities.
Contribute to technical and functional documentation of implemented solutions.
Provide first- and second-level application support for developed ServiceNow functionalities.

Technical

Basic knowledge of ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, XML).
Introductory knowledge of core ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
Familiarity with integration concepts using REST/SOAP APIs.
Basic understanding of CMDB concepts and data models.

Professional

Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Strong interest in IT technologies and digital service evolution.
Ability to work in a team and learn from more experienced colleagues.
Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Language

Fluent in English (mandatory)
