* Lead the origination, structuring and execution of equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, primary and secondary ABBs as well as equity-linked transactions
* Develop senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, management boards and key shareholders across Germany, Austria and Switzerland
* Design and implement business development strategies to source new clients and opportunities while contributing to the growth of the ECM franchise and broader Investment Banking platform
* Take overall responsibility for ECM transaction execution, coordinating internal and external stakeholders throughout all project phases
* Work closely with with other teams, e.g. syndicate, advisory, financing as well as client coverage to deliver integrated client solutions
* Represent the ECM franchise in client meetings, pitches and investor discussions
* Contribute to strategic initiatives, product development and market intelligence to further strengthen the ECM platform
