Data Management Administrator

* Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Data & Information Governance Framework across UniCredit Bulbank and its subsidiaries. * Contribute to the establishment and enforcement of data governance principles, standards, policies, and controls. * Collaborate with Data Owners and Data Stewards to promote data accountability, ownership, and stewardship practices across the organization. * Develop, maintain, and monitor data quality controls, checks, dashboards, and key data quality indicators. * Analyze data quality issues and investigate deviations from established thresholds through data profiling, root cause analysis, and impact assessments. * Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to define and implement remediation actions aimed at improving data quality and strengthening governance controls. * Participate in initiatives related to metadata management, business glossary maintenance, data lineage documentation, and critical data element management. * Support data governance activities related to regulatory and managerial reporting, ensuring data consistency, completeness, accuracy, and traceability. * Contribute to local and Group-wide projects focused on enhancing data management capabilities, reporting tools, governance processes, and reporting engines. * Prepare governance reports, monitor compliance with data governance requirements, and support governance committees and decision-making bodies. * Identify and propose opportunities for process optimization, simplification, and automation within the data management lifecycle. * Promote a data-driven culture and increase awareness of Data Governance principles and best practices throughout the organization.
