- Actively contribute to every stage of a transaction including pitching, bidding, negotiations with clients, structuring, and deal execution
- Perform cash flow model analysis and develop financial model sensitivities
- Review and analyse Due Diligence material (incl. financial, technical, environmental, legal, and market)
- Prepare pitch books and client presentations
- Support the deal team in preparing credit applications and memos for management approval and external communication
- Conduct market and industry research, performing benchmarking analyses
- At least in the final year of bachelor studies in Business Administration, Economics or related areas with a focus on finance, or students with an engineering background connected to Commodity or Project Finance
- Good academic achievements in combination with extracurricular activities
- Team player with strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills especially in MS Excel (ideally also VBA)
- Written and spoken fluency in English, other European language skills are beneficial
- Pro-active approach, self-management, and ownership of work
- Practical experience in corporate / commodity / project finance is an advantage
