As a Trading Services Associate I within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of trade activities, from order entry to settlement. While still developing, your expertise in market products and understanding of automation technologies will be instrumental in optimizing our trading services. You will be expected to leverage your proficiency in change management and continuous improvement to enhance the efficiency and resilience of our operating platform Your role will also allow you to keep developing your relationships with internal stakeholders, presenting insights to senior management, and driving process improvements. Your decisions will contribute and impact on short-term team and department goals, and you will often guide others in their work activities, contributing to the overall success of our trading services.

Job responsibilities
- Accuracy in processing in line with Standard Operating Procedures with no errors.
- Identify & escalate all errors/exceptions on identification.
- Respond to routine queries/complaints on calls/emails.
- Be audit focused in all BAU activities.
- Comply with the firm's policies & SOPs.
- Navigate systems quickly and accurately.
- Identify opportunities for process efficiency & implement in a controlled manner.
- Exhibit effective communication with key stakeholders.
- Thorough knowledge of SOPs/related check points.
- Perform all work in accordance to department procedures and within productivity processing and quality standards.
- Exercise good judgment and degree of confidentiality.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
• Graduates with good academic record.
• Good PC skills including Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, Power point, Access). •Good oral and written communications skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure & deadline driven environment
• Able to grasp/learn concepts and procedures quickly
• Ability to work independently
• Problem solving skills
• Good time management skills
• Must be very detail oriented and analytical
• Analytical with ability to quickly assess situations and resolve complex issues
• Good PC skills including Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, Power point, Access). •Good oral and written communications skills.
