Quant Analytics Lead (Insurance)-Vice President

As a Quant Analytics Lead in Transformation Analytics, you will lead the analytics that power audience strategy and performance measurement for Small Business Insurance marketing. You will identify high-value audience opportunities, develop targeted segments, and translate business goals into actionable analytics roadmaps and experiments. You will partner across marketing, insurance, analytics, and technology teams to align data definitions, build scalable measurement, and improve decision-making. You will communicate insights clearly and help us deliver marketing that is both innovative and measurable.

Job responsibilities 

• Lead the development and refinement of targeted audience segments using internal and external data
• Identify high-value audience opportunities for Business Banking customers seeking Property and Casualty insurance
• Define targeting strategies that improve audience selection, testing, and campaign performance
• Measure marketing performance end-to-end, including impact, conversion, response, and incrementality
• Generate insights that inform campaign actions, prioritization, and optimization recommendations
• Partner with marketing, insurance, analytics, and technology teams to shape delivery plans and manage the book of work
• Drive discovery, research, and analysis to support new data prototypes and strategic initiatives
• Align data assets, definitions, and measurement approaches across Data and Analytics partners
• Build and secure critical data assets needed for targeting execution and comprehensive analytics
• Leverage cloud-based analytics platforms to improve decision-making and operational efficiency
• Diagnose complex data and analytical issues, determine root causes, and recommend clear remediation actions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in marketing targeting and analytics
• 3+ years of Property and Casualty Insurance analytics experience
• Expertise using Python and SQL for advanced analytics
• Competence leveraging dimensional modeling and star schema concepts
• Experience driving measurement and insights, including financial impact, segmentation, targeting, conversion, response, and incrementality
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into analytics roadmaps, campaign actions, and experimentation plans
• Experience working with cloud and data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure) and modern data warehousing concepts
• Hands-on experience with data wrangling, extract-transform-load processes, and data quality controls
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into executive-ready narratives and recommendations
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-moving environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Experience supporting insurance marketing analytics for small business customer segments
• Experience in actuarial or insurance analytics domains such as pricing or reserving
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar modern data platforms
• Experience using analytics automation and developer productivity tools (for example, GitHub Copilot)
• Experience applying modern generative AI methods in analytics workflows (prompting, structured outputs, basic evaluation, and guardrails)
