Work you’ll do 

Our eCommerce capabilities provide transactional solutions related to online marketing, sales and service; for both Direct-To-Consumer and Business-to-Business. Our Portal capabilities provide intranet and internet solutions focused on content presentment and transaction capabilities for both internal enterprise as well as customer facing purposes. 

You understand what it takes design and make complex Salesforce eCommerce solutions happen, and you'll have a firm hand on the controls every step of the way. 

You’ll help clients define their eCommerce requirements by leading and facilitating workingsessions to gain an understanding of the client’s current state processes and technology in the eCommerce space as well as supporting the implementation that follows. If you like to design leading-edge solutions, you will help clients unlock the business value ofSFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud), specifically Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.

You will:

• Lead project discovery workshops, both on-site and remotely
• Assess client business requirements and work closely with the Technical Architect/Lead to provide long-term functional solutions based on the applicable Salesforce platform best practices
• Communicate platform capabilities and limitations to clients effectively
• Identify client process pain points and gaps in best practices
• Create and socialize feature and technical roadmaps
• Drive client functional requirements and eCommerce best practice adoption
• Author & review functional specification documentation and user stories for implementations and other large projects

Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team creates content and experiences that inspire action. We design and implement technology platforms for personalized marketing across all digital touchpoints, specializing in customer-centric B2B and B2C solutions. Our in-house agency engages customers throughout their journey, working on projects like AdTech, MarTech, campaign automation, CRM, and lead-to-loyalty orchestration. Qualifications: 

Required 

• 5+ years of IT experience
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.
• 2+ years of experience configuring Salesforce B2B Commerce (on Lightning Experience or B2B Commerce on Salesforce Core) including catalogs, price books, promotions, entitlements, and buyer groups
• 2+ years of experience facilitating functional discovery workshops. Create functional design documents, user stories, process flows, and test scripts
• 2+ years of experience with Agile delivery methodology and end-to-end implementation delivery
• Exposure to AI-driven work within delivery — e.g., using GenAI tools for user story development, meeting notes/summarization, requirements documentation, or test case generation.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred

• Salesforce certifications: B2B Commerce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Business Analyst
• Experience of working in a professional services firm or working in a client service environment
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 – $218,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
