Work You’ll Do

As an Analytics and Insights Engineer III you will build core components across the team's projects: FastAPI backend services, LangGraph-based agents, containerized deployments, and Networkit-based network graph generation and visualization are central to the team's current work and are expected to carry over to future builds. You will work across the full stack and support components and projects from agent logic to data connectors to testing.

Protect brands from financial crime and other corporate misconduct, as well as enable government organizations with tradecraft & technology to combat emerging and evolving threats.

 

Qualifications

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of progressive experience in software and application development including operating in Agile methodology
• 1+ year of experience contributing to the development of AI Agents or Prompt Engineering
• Active Top Secret security clearance required
• Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 5 days per week in Fairfax, VA.
• Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred: 

• Experience with Docker and containerization
• Experience with Python

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Arlington, VA, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Arlington, VA and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is $124,700 to $207,800.   

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
