Oracle NetSuite’s Advanced Customer Support / Managed Services team is seeking an experienced consulting professional to serve as a trusted advisor to Hospitality customers, including Hotels & Resorts, Restaurants & Food Service organizations, Sports Teams & Entertainment organizations, Casinos & Gaming, Clubs & Membership organizations, Event & Venue Management companies, Travel & Tourism businesses, and other guest-centric service organizations.

In this role, you will partner with customer stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify opportunities to optimize operations, and deliver high-quality NetSuite solutions that improve financial performance, operational efficiency, workforce productivity, and guest satisfaction. You will combine Hospitality industry expertise, business process consulting, AI-powered capabilities, and deep NetSuite knowledge to help customers continuously evolve their business while maximizing long-term value from their ERP investment.

As a senior member of the consulting organization, you will lead strategic advisory engagements, influence executive decision-making, architect business solutions, and guide customers through complex transformation initiatives. You will also collaborate across Oracle organizations to identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of NetSuite while adopting emerging AI capabilities responsibly and effectively.

Success in this role requires balancing executive-level strategic consulting with hands-on solution leadership to help Hospitality organizations accelerate growth, optimize operations, and continuously improve guest and business outcomes.

This direct-hire position can be home-office based in Brazil and requires minimal travel, as appropriate.

The Advanced Customer Support / Managed Services team of Oracle NetSuite Professional Services is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant with Hospitality industry expertise.

Oracle NetSuite’s Advanced Customer Support organization provides ongoing functional and technical guidance that helps customers continuously optimize and expand their NetSuite investment. Through our SuiteReview methodology and strategic advisory services, ACS partners with customers to identify opportunities, address business challenges, and maximize long-term value from their ERP platform. With a rapidly growing customer base and strong demand across North America, we are expanding our team of industry-focused consultants.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead identification, assessment, and prioritization of opportunities to maximize customer value from NetSuite through ACS’s SuiteReview methodology, delivering strategic recommendations and roadmaps to address business process, technology, and organizational gaps.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Hospitality customer leadership, providing strategic guidance, influencing key business and technology decisions, and driving adoption of leading practices.
• Advise Hospitality customers on leading practices across financial operations, procurement, inventory management, food and beverage operations, multi-location operations, workforce management, revenue operations, event management, guest service processes, and operational reporting.
• Architect solutions for complex business requirements, which may include configuration, automation, reporting, integration, data, and technical components, in partnership with Oracle NetSuite Technical Services teams.
• Define and validate detailed functional requirements for NetSuite configurations, workflows, reports, integrations, customizations, and business process improvements.
• Help customers evaluate and adopt AI-driven tools, methodologies, and Oracle AI capabilities to improve operational visibility, financial performance, purchasing efficiency, inventory optimization, workforce productivity, reporting, and decision-making.
• Guide customers on responsible AI adoption, including use case selection, data quality, validation controls, security considerations, enablement, and change management.
• Use AI tools internally to improve consulting efficiency, including discovery synthesis, requirements drafting, meeting summaries, issue analysis, research, and executive-ready documentation.
• Lead discovery workshops, executive presentations, roadmap development, solution design sessions, and business process optimization initiatives.
• Partner with Technical Services teams to design, validate, and unit test automations, integrations, and technical solutions.
• Collaborate across ACS, Technical Services, Support, SuiteProjects, Analytics, Planning & Budgeting, Commerce, POS, Platform Technical Services, and other specialized Oracle teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
• Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members.
• Maintain deep NetSuite product expertise and pursue relevant Oracle and NetSuite certifications.
• Drive customer success through consistent execution of ACS methodologies, operational processes, and delivery standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall relevant domain experience in ERP, consulting, finance, operations, technology, Hospitality, or related industry environments.
• Strong NetSuite ERP experience, although experience with competing ERP platforms may be considered.
• Experience supporting one or more Hospitality sectors, including Hotels & Resorts, Restaurants & Food Service, Sports Teams & Entertainment organizations, Casinos & Gaming, Clubs & Membership organizations, Event & Venue Management companies, Travel & Tourism businesses, or other guest-centric service organizations.
• Strong understanding of Hospitality business processes, including financial management, multi-entity operations, multi-location operations, procurement, inventory management, food and beverage cost control, revenue operations, workforce management, event operations, guest services, operational reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with Hospitality technology ecosystems, including Point of Sale, Property Management Systems, reservation platforms, online ordering, ticketing systems, event management platforms, workforce management, payroll, payment processing, CRM, and related integrations.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and capabilities, including Financials, CRM, Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Advanced Revenue Management, SuiteProjects, SuiteAnalytics, Planning & Budgeting, and reporting.
• Proven experience in business process consulting, with a track record of analyzing, optimizing, and recommending improvements to enhance organizational performance.
• 5+ years of external consulting or customer-facing advisory experience with sustained executive and C-suite interactions.
• Experience defining requirements for complex customizations, integrations, reports, workflows, automations, or business process improvements.
• Proven custom development analysis, design, validation, and testing skills.
• Experience with AI-assisted ERP capabilities, AI-enabled reporting, workflow automation, document capture, operational analytics, forecasting, inventory optimization, or business process optimization initiatives.
• Familiarity with NetSuite AI capabilities such as Text Enhance, Prompt Studio, Narrative Insights, Intelligent Bill Capture, AI Connector Service, or SuiteScript AI APIs is a plus.
• Experience helping customers adopt new technology, including AI, through practical use cases, governance, enablement, and change management.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive interaction skills.
• Ability to synthesize business requirements into a coherent story, strategic vision, and practical execution roadmap.
• Passion for driving customer satisfaction and measurable business value.
• Project and/or team leadership experience.
• Finance, accounting, Hospitality operations, restaurant operations, hotel management, food service, event management, sports, entertainment, or venue operations background is a plus.
• NetSuite ERP Consultant or other relevant product certifications are a plus.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams with diverse functional, process, organizational change, and technical expertise.
