Meet the Team
Our Execution Services Trading Desk leverages a comprehensive suite of proprietary in-house and external tools to ensure best execution across diverse global markets, while maintaining robust trading and execution relationships. With exposure to a wide array of products, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and more, the desk provides a unique opportunity to shadow and learn from different traders across various strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Provide multi-asset best execution in equity, options, FX, and futures for portfolio managers
- Conduct research, identify patterns, evaluate trends in markets
- Analyze trading performance looking for possible opportunities to improve execution quality
- Design and create scripts, reports, and visual tools for analysis or workflow enhancements
- Monitor automated trading systems as directed
What You Bring
- Expected to graduate between December 2027 and July 2028.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.5 and above.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree with majors in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics or business degree with minor in a technical field (econometrics, math, computer science) preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and reconcile complex data.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Solid understanding of capital markets and asset classes, including equities, fixed income, commodities, and derivatives.
