Mechanical Supervisor - Data Center

Position Overview: We are seeking a Mechanical Supervisor with strong site supervision and commissioning experience to support Data Center and mission-critical projects in Vietnam. The role is responsible for overseeing mechanical installation works, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation works for HVAC, chilled water systems, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical equipment
• Review mechanical drawings, technical specifications, shop drawings, and method statements
• Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, QA/QC teams, and other disciplines
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project quality standards
• Support testing & commissioning activities including flushing, pressure testing, TAB, and startup system
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities during inspections and handover
• Ensure compliance with Vietnam building regulations, fire safety requirements, and project specifications
• Monitor site safety practices and enforce HSE procedures
• Prepare progress reports, inspection records, punch lists, and as-built documentation
• Identify and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning phases

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of mechanical supervision experience in Data Center, industrial, cleanroom, or mission-critical projects
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents
• Familiar with local regulations, standards, and authority inspection processes
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Good communication and coordination skills

• Possession of Construction Supervision Practice Certificate for MEP/Mechanical Works (Giám sát lắp đặt thiết bị cơ điện) is preferred
• Construction Supervision Certificate – Mechanical/MEP (Class II or above)
• HVAC or Mechanical Commissioning Training Certificates
• Fire Protection (PCCC) Training Certificate
• Working at Height and LOTO training certifications preferred
