1. การแจ้งหนี้ประจำงวด/และการเร่งรัดหนี้ค้างชำระ

1.1 พนักงานทำการสรุปค่าใช้จ่ายตามมาตราฐาน
1.2 จัดส่งใบแจ้งหนี้ให้กับลูกค้า
1.3 ขอปรับ-ลดหนี้/เพิ่มหนี้
1.4 ครบกำหนดทำการเร่งรัดหนี้ค้างชำระ

2. รับชำระเงิน และรวบรวมเงินรายรับนำฝากเข้าบัญชีเงินฝากของนิติบุคคลฯ

2.1 ทำการตรวจสอบหนี้ ที่แจ้งในใบแจ้งหนี้
2.2 รับชำระเงิน โดยระบุรหัสประเภทรายรับในโปรแกรม QM-Soft และออกใบเสร็จรับเงินที่ถูกต้อง
สามารถรับเงินกรณีรายได้อื่นๆ ได้
2.4 นำเงินฝากเข้าบัญชีเงินฝากของนิติฯ ทุกวัน ยกเว้น กรณีเงินต่ำกว่า 3,000 บาท อนุญาติให้ถือเงินไว้ได้ไม่เกิน 3 วัน
2.5 กรณีเร่งด่วนทำแบบบันทึกเหตุจำเป็น ที่ต้องนำเงินรายรับไปสำรองจ่ายทุกครั้ง

3. จัดทำสรุปรายงานรายรับ และต้นขั้วใบเสร็จรับเงินมาเพื่อตรวจสอบ

3.1 ส่งรายงานรายรับประจำวัน และหลักฐานใบPay-in slip ทางแฟกซ์ทุกวัน
3.2 Link Modem ตรวจสอบรายรับทุกสัปดาห์
3.3 จัดส่งเอกสารรายงานรับ ตัวจริง มาที่ QPM  Center ภายใน 7 วันนนับจากวันที่รับเงิน
3.4 จัดส่งใบเสร็จต้นขั้วใบเสร็จรับเงิน (ใบที่ 3 สีชมพู) ภายใน 7 วันเมื่อครบ 50 ใบตอก

4. ตั้งเบิกจ่ายค่าใช้จ่ายประจำเดือน และติดตามแฟ้มเช็ค

4.1 รวบรวมเอกสารตามหมวดหมู่ (12 หมวด) ให้ถูกต้องตามวิธีเบิกจ่าย
4.2 ติดตามเช็คจาก Center, ตรวจสอบเช็ค และแก้ไขเช็ค (กรณีต้องการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงเช็ค)
4.3 นำเช็คไปชำระค่าใช้จ่ายได้ทันตามกำหนดระยะเวลา (Due Date) ที่กำหนด
4.4 ติดตามหลักฐานใบเสร็จรับเงิน, Statement และหรือหลักฐานใบเสร็จรับเงิน(เน้นในกรณีอยู่ในหมวดประเภททดรองจ่ายและเงินสดย่อย) และส่งเช็คคืนกรณีไม่มีผู้มารับเช็คทุกวันที่ 20 ของเดือน

5. งานด้านประชาสัมพันธ์

- ติดประกาศสรุปรับ-จ่ายประจำเดือน
- ติดประกาศจุลสารประจำเดือน
- ติดบอร์ดข่าวสารสาระน่ารู้

6. งานด้านบุคคล

- นำส่งภาษีประกันสังคม
- ส่งสถานะการทำงานของพนักงาน(ทำเงินเดือน, และ Absenteeism)
- ส่งตารางทำงานล่วงหน้า

7. การให้บริการลูกค้า

- ขอหนังสือปลอดหนี้
- ควบคุมและจัดส่งจดหมายพัสดุ
- รับเรื่องร้องเรียน
-ต้อนรับด้วยกิริยามารยาทที่เหมาะสม และรับโทรศัพท์อย่างสุภาพ
- การแต่งกาย ความสะอาดในนิติบุคคล

8. งานด้านธุรการและอื่นๆ

- จัดเก็บเอกสารเข้า Box File รายเดือน
- ตรวจสอบ Stock card (Stationary)
- จัดส่งสถานะคู่สัญญา
- ให้ความร่วมมือและร่วมกิจกรรมกับศูนย์
- อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
