Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Sr. Program Director to join our team! In this role you willpossessbusiness unit managementresponsibilities, andprovidesmanagerial and technical leadership to direct and support a broad range of activities.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Serves as the primary contact with client representatives, subcontractors, and government representatives for program-related activities. Maintains strong client and community relations.
- Keepsalert topossible problemareas andtakespreventative action to ensure that critical milestones are met for each phase of the project.
- Prepares periodic reports summarizing progress of project and program activities for higher-level management and clients.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelors in Architecture or Engineering(or equivalent) degree, Certified Construction Manager (or equivalent) and 20 years of experience or 24 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- 15+ years with 3 of those years as a Senior Project or Team Leader or similar role.
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
- Have experienceongreater than $50M, both horizontal and vertical construction, phased and partially occupied complex projects
- Requires certification completion (within the last 3 years) of OSHA safety requirements on construction projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing;submitexamples of written reports and correspondence, if requested.
- Ability to conduct meetings to resolve problems, construction issues and brief clients and management personnel;submitexamples if requested
- SCIF and cleared facility construction experience
- Understands USAF/USSF infrastructure needs
- Ability to independently estimate construction costs for changes, scope(s) of work;submitexamples of materialtake offs, with corresponding scope of work narratives andnegotiatedfinalequitable contract adjustments for the worksubmitted, if requested
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- PMP or CCM Certification
- Professional Registration preferred (PE or RA)
