Job Description:
As a Management Analyst at Parsons, you will join a rapidly expanding team dedicated to mission-critical programs for the Department of War and United States Army. You’ll be part of a workforce of 500 professionals delivering expertise in software and hardware engineering, cybersecurity, system integration, and more, supporting a range of initiatives across Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood, Maryland, over a 5-year period and with a combined value of more than $600 million. The ideal candidatepossessesstrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to deliver actionable recommendations that drive organizational effectiveness and contribute to national defense and Army modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to organizational performance, resource allocation, and program outcomes.
Develop and present recommendations to improve processes, solve problems, and support strategicobjectives.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct research and benchmarking to inform best practices and support operational planning.
Collaborate with project teams and leadership to implement approved recommendations andmonitorprogress.
Support financial, cost, and operations research analysis asrequired.
Participate in and contribute to special projects, process improvement initiatives, and ad hoc analyses.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical fieldrequired; advanced degree preferred for senior-level candidates.
3 – 10+ years of professional experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
TS/SCI is required
Significant experiencewith U.S. Navy programs or operations preferred for senior-level candidates.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Security Clearance Requirement:
