Location: Speechmark, London + Hybrid

Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What you’ll do

Our Fixed Acquisition Trading team is responsible for defining pricing strategies, creating compelling offers and promotions, and delivering plans that drive revenue, margin, and customer growth across both Fixed Broadband and Fixed Wireless Access. 

As a Trading Specialist, you will be at the heart of our trading operation, supporting weekly performance reviews, pricing decisions, and quarterly planning activities. Working closely with channel teams and Base Marketing, you will help deliver volume and value targets, identify trading opportunities, and contribute to the development of commercially successful initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to influence business performance, build strong cross-functional partnerships, and gain exposure to a dynamic and rapidly growing area of the business. 

• Track and report on commercial performance. Carry out quarterly and monthly planning sessions with stakeholders and align on single plan  
• Supports and helps facilitate the trading story and call changes, tracking day-to-day performance, aligning with key stakeholders and producing key trading packs for Tuesday and Friday trading sessions  
• Act as key interface into HBB business to submit and present pricing change plans  
• Work closely with retention & X-Sell to deliver targets, lead on optimisation plans 

Who you are

• Extensive experience within a trading environment  
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage at a Senior Management level 
• Ability to build strong working relationship with a broad range of stakeholder 
• Commercial acumen to seize new trading opportunities  
• Strong excel skills
