About this Role
What you’ll do
- Manage real estate accounting operations in compliance with IFRS 16 requirements and internal controls.
- Execute end-to-end lease contract management activities, including contract creation, modification, maintenance, and validation.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly valuation postings for all eligible lease contracts.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations, month-end closing activities, and support financial analysis requirements.
- Deliver internal and external financial reporting and compliance-related activities within agreed timelines.
- Monitor operational processes and controls to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to established procedures.
- Analyse accounting data, identify issues, investigate root causes, and provide effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to support reporting, process improvements, and operational delivery.
- Communicate accounting updates and process changes clearly and professionally.
- Undertake additional finance-related responsibilities and projects as assigned.
