Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot, React.js, and relational database. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of unit testing and follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles to deliver clean, maintainable, and reliable code.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain modern, scalable web applications using Java, React.js, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Build and manage backend APIs and services with Java Spring Boot.
• Design and optimize DB schemas and queries for performance and scalability.
• Write and maintain unit tests and follow TDD practices throughout the development cycle.
• Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers and engineering teams.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high responsiveness.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Stay up to date with modern JavaScript frameworks, tools, and testing methodologies.

Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot API development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong understanding of relational database schema design and query optimization.
• Proven experience in writing unit tests following TDD (Test-Driven Development) practices.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Proficient with Git/GitHub and collaborative version control workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with Document Management System.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with observability tools like Datadog for monitoring, log management, and performance monitoring.
• Experience with Python & Oracle.
• Experience using GitHub Copilot and other AI-powered coding tools.

Compensation

Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 80,900.00 - 110,000.00 annually.  Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
