About the Role
As Product Manager, Business Deposits, you will be responsible for driving the growth, performance, customer experience and compliance of our Business Deposits portfolio.
Working across multiple brands, you will identify opportunities to enhance our products, improve customer outcomes and deliver innovative solutions that support BOQ Group's strategic goals.
This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Distribution, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Customer Experience.
You'll utilize customer insights, market trends and data-driven analysis to influence decision-making, develop compelling product propositions and deliver initiatives that create value for both customers and the business.
You will also play an important part in product governance, risk management and portfolio optimization while supporting the delivery of market-leading business banking experiences.
With a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement, you'll have the opportunity to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance customer and employee experiences.

You are a strategic thinker with a passion for product management and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
With previous experience in a product, banking or financial services environment, you bring strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to deliver successful initiatives from concept through to execution.
You enjoy analyzing data, identifying opportunities and turning insights into meaningful actions that drive business growth.
Your ability to influence, collaborate and communicate effectively allows you to build strong relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders and successfully navigate complex environments.
You are naturally curious, solutions-focused and thrive on driving change. You bring a strong understanding of customer needs, business banking products and regulatory requirements, coupled with the tenacity and resilience to deliver results.
