About the Role
[팀 소개]준법지원팀은 전사 내부통제 시스템 구축 및 운영 업무와 설계사 위규행위에 대한 점검 및 제재 업무를 담당합니다.
[직무 요약]
AIA프리미어파트너스의 금융소비자 보호 및 준법감시 업무를 담당합니다.
[주요업무]
1. 금융소비자보호 업무
관련 법규 및 내부 규정 준수 관리
금융상품 판매 프로세스 점검 및 모니터링
민원 처리, 분석 및 재발방지 대책 수립
금융소비자보호 교육 및 임직원 인식 제고 활동
감독당국 대응 및 보고자료 작성
광고 및 보험안내자료 심의 및 검토
2. 준법감시 업무
법인보험대리점 준법감시 및 내부통제 업무
[자격 요건]
대학교 이상 졸업자
보험업과 금융산업에 대한 이해
커뮤니케이션 스킬, 리더십 및 책임감
의사결정 및 문제해결 능력

고용형태 : 정규직
