About the Role
Responsible for product pricing review and governance- Review and support product approval and governance for individual and group insurance business including campaigns
- Involve in product development for new launch product and re-pricing for individual and group insurance business
- Review product pricing to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Provide actuarial technical support for individual and group insurance business
- Support in participating products, High Net Worth products and inforce management
- Involve in Vitality Wellness Program pricing
- Conduct and review experience study
- Support financials and risks assessment on underwriting initiatives
- Performing other product and pricing related duties and responsibilities
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements:
- Near qualified with good progress in actuarial examinations or qualified actuary
- Minimum 6 years of actuarial experience in life insurance product pricing.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, including protection, participating, investment-linked, group, and High Net Worth (HNW) business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound actuarial technical knowledge and the ability to apply actuarial principles to support pricing, product development, and business decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate.
