The Opportunity

As an Anaplan Consultant (Managerial), you will play a key role in helping organizations transform their planning, budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise performance management (EPM) capabilities through Anaplan solutions. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to design and implement connected planning solutions that improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Anaplan models to support budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, sales planning, and financial planning processes.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating complex business needs into scalable Anaplan solutions.
• Configure and maintain Anaplan modules, lists, dashboards, UX pages, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Develop and support integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or other ERP solutions.
• Perform solution testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with finance, business, and technology stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation activities.
• Contribute to solution architecture, client workshops, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Apply Anaplan and EPM best practices to ensure scalable, sustainable, and high-performing solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability-building within the practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Anaplan implementation, support, or development projects.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Anaplan Model Building
  • Anaplan UX
  • Data Hubs
  • Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
  • Model Optimization and Performance Tuning
• Experience integrating Anaplan with enterprise applications and data sources.
• Knowledge of financial modeling, management reporting, and connected planning concepts.
• Familiarity with SQL, ETL processes, APIs, and data integration methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in consulting environments is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Anaplan Certified Model Builder Certification.
• Anaplan Solution Architect Certification.
• Master Anaplanner designation is a strong advantage.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle EPM, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), OneStream, Hyperion, or other planning platforms.
• Exposure to Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
