The Portfolio Manager serves as a strategic partner across the portfolio, working closely with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, Regional Leadership, Client Success, and Service Line teams to align priorities, navigate complexity, and ensure capabilities deliver measurable business value.
The Portfolio Manager serves as an executive leader across the portfolio, connecting business priorities, product management, technology delivery, and adoption efforts. This individual brings a balanced blend of business acumen and technical expertise to facilitate decision-making, resolve competing priorities, identify emerging challenges and opportunities, and drive successful portfolio outcomes across a global environment.
Your key responsibilities
As a Portfolio Manager within the OneEdge platform, you will play a critical role in driving the success of one or more portfolio areas by connecting business priorities, product management, technology delivery, and adoption efforts. Working across regional and global stakeholders, you will help align priorities, identify and address business and technical challenges, and ensure capabilities are positioned for adoption across EY-Parthenon.

- Partner across Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, Regional Leadership, and business stakeholders to align priorities, roadmaps, technology considerations, and business outcomes.
- Resolve competing business requirements, regional needs, technical constraints, and adoption priorities while maintaining alignment to OneEdge objectives.
- Maintain visibility across portfolio roadmaps, dependencies, risks, readiness activities, and adoption progress, driving timely resolution of issues impacting portfolio success.
- Identify technical risks, AI & architectural dependencies, integration challenges, and emerging technology considerations, translating their impact into business decisions and actions.
- Establish strong engagement across regions to understand capability requirements, gather feedback, and drive alignment around portfolio direction and priorities.
- Drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption activities to ensure capabilities deliver measurable business value.
- Represent the portfolio in governance forums, leadership discussions, and executive reviews, providing insight into progress, risks, opportunities, and value realization.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
- Significant experience in consulting, Data & AI solutions, technology strategy, platform leadership, enterprise architecture, product organizations, portfolio management, or technology-enabled business transformation.
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives spanning business, product, technology, and executive stakeholders/C-suite.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms, digital products, data-driven capabilities, or AI-enabled solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve technical risks, architectural constraints, integration challenges, and competing stakeholder priorities.
- Strong communication, governance, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.
- You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.
Ideally, you will also have
- Experience as an Enterprise Architect, Technology Strategist, Platform Leader, Technical Product Leader, or senior consulting technology professional; including leadership in Data and AI solutions,
- Experience designing, scaling, governing, or adopting enterprise platforms and technology-enabled business capabilities.
- Knowledge of AI, data platforms, cloud ecosystems, integration architecture, cybersecurity principles, and modern digital operating models.
- Experience coordinating complex portfolios across multiple products, regions, service lines, or business domains.
- Track record of driving platform adoption, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes at scale.
- Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $250,000 to $290,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
- Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
