Your new job | About your main responsibilities

Now is an exciting time to join EY as we grow our People Consulting team with a focus on  Organization & Workforce Transformation. This team is at the forefront of helping clients navigate complex organizational change with a strong focus on both strategic and people-centered transformation.

As a Senior Consultant Organization & Workforce Transformation you’ll be responsible for:

• Guiding clients through people-centered transformations related to operating models, organizational design, future workforce, talent and skills.
• Building future-ready operating models and organizational design aligned to strategic goals, incorporating skills-based workforce principles, AI-enabled ways of working and talent deployment.
• Help clients navigate the impact of AI, automation and emerging technologies on  operating models, organizations design, future talent and skills requirements
• Advising clients on the evolution from traditional job-based structures towards skills-driven operating models,
• Deploying workforce planning approaches and talent strategies, including workforce
• Developing and delivering large-scale upskilling programs and academies e.g. around AI, resilience or transformation
• Providing experience with relocation of work and people, through optimization of processes, roles, governance and organizational structures
• Leading project workstreams from planning through implementation, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams
• Preparing and facilitating client workshops focused on stakeholder engagement, transformation vision and leadership alignment
• Contributing to the continuous improvement and development of our products and services, particularly around Organization & Workforce Transformation

Amsterdam
Our Amsterdam office is located at the Zuidas: a bustling area full of companies. In our Cross Towers, we welcome up to 1,500 people every day. For a breathtaking view of the city, head to the 22nd floor. Collaboration takes on a new meaning in our Wavespace, a high-tech environment that connects clients and colleagues virtually across the globe.

Your skills and strengths | About your unique contribution

• A relevant master’s degree, e.g. in Business Administration, Strategic Management, HR, or similar
• Relevant working experience of 3 to 5 years within industry or consulting-related roles with strong affinity for the people agenda
• Strong understanding of and experience in organizational transformation, restructuring, organizational design, skills-based organizations, the HR function and/or Talent Management
• Understanding of and experience with how AI is reshaping organizational structures, workforce strategies and talent management.
• Willingness to contribute to the setup and growth of this competence area, affinity with related people consulting competences such as change management and HR transformations
• A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into people-centered solutions
• Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English
• Team player with the ability to quickly and effectively integrate into new teams
• Experienced in managing stakeholders and client relationships in a dynamic and complex environment
• Able to demonstrate resilience in stressful situations and perform well under pressure.
• Ability to analyze problems and to provide input to insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions for our clients
