The opportunity

Your key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with client business requirements.
• Participate in solution architecture, technical design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Deliver ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop workflows, integrations, automation, and platform customizations using ServiceNow best practices
• .Establish and maintain CMDB governance, data quality standards, and CSDM alignment.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support pre-sales activities, proposals, solution demonstrations, and client presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability development within the ServiceNow practice.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform releases, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Skills and attributes for success

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Consulting, Professional Services experience required
• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions for large-scale enterprise
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Senior Associate
  • 3-6 years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
  • Must hold certifications in at least 2 of the following areas:

    • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM
    • CIS – ITOM
    • CIS – ITAM
    • CMDB-related certification (e.g., CIS Discovery, Service Mapping, or CMDB/CSDM-focused certification)
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, development, integrations, and testing.
  • Understanding of Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB concepts.
  • Prior consulting, system integrator, or professional services experience is preferred.
