With over 750+ clients globally, we are part of a Global Support teamto supportour regionalteams.
What you will be doing
As Support Analyst, you will contributeto the direction of user support services,identifyingopportunities for improvement, and implementing initiatives to enhance the overall user experience.
You will ensuretimelyresolution andmaintaincommunication withregional supportto provide updates and manage expectationsfor clients.
You will collaborate with productmanagement, productdevelopment, engineering, and other departments to communicate user feedback,identifysystem improvements, and contribute to ongoing product enhancement.
Working with Regional CS/CX/PS teams
Analyzeissuesfor faster resolution
Work with Development Teams on resolutions
Look for improvements for clients as well as the product
Client centricity focus
What you bring
Understanding of Corporate Treasury.
Attention to detail.
Sound analytical andproblem-solvingskills for complex issues
Ability to communicate technical and functional concepts concisely and effectively
Bonusif you have
Thorough knowledge of Integrity SaaS
SQL Analysis skills
Dynatrace knowledge
Technical understanding of SaaS environments
