Work You’ll Do
As a Project - Consultant, Technical Transformation on the project, you will:
- Possess 2-5 years of Salesforce development experience to design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions.
- Work on Salesforce Flows, creating and managing sharing/permission models, and developing custom functionality using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Implementing process automations, building scalable custom solutions, and collaborating with team members to interpret and translate business requirements into technical capabilities.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Salesforce security and object model setup.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2-5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Experience with Salesforce development to design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be a US Citizen U.S. with the ability to obtain a security clearance
- Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
