As a Senior Project Engineer on the Enterprise Security team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and delivery of cybersecurity solutions for government clients.

• The Project Engineer is responsible for managing dependencies across stakeholders, driving issue resolution, and helping translate operational needs into actionable engineering priorities.
• The candidate should bring strong technical judgment and the ability to operate independently
• The candidate should be able to provide day-to-day leadership across fast-moving mission workstreams.
• Support the design, integration, deployment, and sustainment of enterprise security solutions
• Analyze technical requirements and align security activities to project objectives and client needs
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support implementation milestones, issue resolution, and delivery timelines
• Document security configurations, findings, and remediation activities across assigned workstreams
• Support secure transformation efforts across infrastructure, applications, cloud environments, and emerging technologies

Qualifications

Required: 

• Master’s Degree and 10 YOE or Bachelor’s Degree and 18 YOE required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active TS/SCI clearance or SCI eligibility required
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• This role has a requirement to be onsite 5 days a week in Colorado Springs, CO
• 3+ years of experience working in a DOW or cyber program
• 3+ years of experience with the following:
• Identify and access management
• Network management
• NIST risk management frameworks
• Vulnerability management

Preferred:

• Relevant certifications including CISSP, Network+, Security+, or CEH

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200 to $193,600.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
