Job Description

Responsibilities: Manage and direct all sourcing activities for assigned product segments, ensuring alignment with segment and global sourcing strategies. Serve as the primary interface between Product Development teams and Supplier Management, leading key deliverables related to supplier selection and qualification. Oversee supplier selection, setup, part number releases, Blanket Purchase Agreement setups, and phase-in/phase-out planning to ensure material availability for production. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure technology compatibility and production readiness with supply partners. Monitor and maintain a fully qualified and compliant supplier base, ensuring quality, cost targets, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Identify, report, and address quality or compliance issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as required. Complete required Quality & Compliance training and provide guidance to the team on adherence to Quality Management Systems, procedures, and best practices.
