Job Description

Responsibilities: Analyze and assess claims data to identify trends and issues; Develop and implement strategies to improve claims processing efficiency; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements; Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to claims operations; Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to claims processing; Provide guidance and support to claims operations staff; Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements within claims processes; Assist in training and mentoring junior claims operations staff.
