We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as Internship, International Mid Market.
Roles & Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Assisting in Admin work (Photocopying/ Scanning/ Printing/ Filing documents)
- Doing clerical work including archives and records and delivering/ receiving/ Obtaining bank chops documents, materials
- Ordering/ delivering stationary, office tools and equipment
- Booking air tickets, accommodation, restaurants then claiming expenses
- Doing logistic arrangement for meetings, seminars, events
- Translating documents with guidance from relevant employees
- Assisting employees in preparing business correspondences/ presentation slides/ reports/ following up with authorities on application/registration
- Welcoming customers/ Assisting customers in filling simple forms/ using basic electronic banking services
- Addressing to customers' simple enquiries upon request
- Assisting employees in collecting information and documents from customers, vendors, business partners/ collecting information and documents from authorities and/or public sources or from departments within the Bank and in updating information in the Bank systems
- Assisting with legal research/ Preparing legal notes, advises.
Qualifications & Experience
- Being a student from universities/educational institutions (not graduated yet)
- Ability to intern full-time in 6 months
- Have a recommendation letter for their internship period from universities/educational institutions.
