Principal - AI Data strategy & Integrations Tech Lead
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Principal–Data Integrations,AI & Data Strategy to lead enterprise dataintegrations &strategy, master data management (MDM), AI-driven data integrations and automation initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical depth and leadership capability to drive scalable, secure, and AI-ready data ecosystems across the organization.
What you will do:
Design and govern end-to-end Integration Architecture, defining standards for event-driven design, API lifecycle management, microservices communication patterns, and enterprise messaging frameworks.
Lead and execute enterprise DataIntegrationsStrategy, aligning data architecture, governance, andoperationsinitiatives with business objectives.
Own and optimize Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks to ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Drive AI enablement by building AI-powered systems integrations, building MCP servers with applications, integrating AI/ML tools, and supporting AI solutions deployment.
Architect and oversee complex system integrations, including data quality and consistency across enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, data warehouses, cloud systems) using modern AI-powered integration patterns and APIs.
Establish and champion DevOps and DataOps practices, embedding CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code into data and integration delivery workflows.
Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance data and AI solutions.
What you will need:
Strong experience designing integration architectures including event-driven systems (Kafka, MQ), API gateways, and service mesh/microservices patterns at enterprise scale.
8+ years of experience in Data Strategy, Data Engineering, Integrations, or Enterprise Data Architecture, with hands-on proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SQL, Python, and modern data stack tools.
Proven experience leading MDM implementations and enterprise data governance programs.
Hands-on experience with system integrations including API design, ETL/ELT, and middleware/integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Informatica.
Strong exposure to AI/ML data pipelines, model integration, and analytics platforms.
Experience with DevOps and DataOps toolchains — CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and IaC (Terraform) — applied to data and integration pipelines.
Demonstrated leadership managing technical teams and enterprise-scale initiatives, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
