Technology Architect – Silicon Spin Quantum Platforms

As a JL9 Principal Member of Technical Staff, this Technology Architect is the technical authority connecting quantum-device requirements with semiconductor manufacturing. The position owns architecture-to-fabtranslation, leads customer technology transfers and new-product introductions, drives yield and variability learning, and guides programs from early test structures through qualified, repeatable manufacturing. The architect works directly with customer engineering teams across silicon spin, donor/nuclear-spin, neutral-atom enabling hardware, and NMR or adjacent quantum systems.
Expected Salary Range
$143,000.00 - $247,000.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
