Introduction

We are seeking an experiencedSenior ServiceNow Developer, The ideal candidate willpossessdeepexpertisein ServiceNow development with strong hands-on experience in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, platform integrations, and ITSM processes. Based inBangalore, this role will partner closely with internal development teams, enterprise architects, implementation partners, vendors, and business stakeholders to design, develop, andoptimizescalable ServiceNow solutions that improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and data quality across the enterprise.

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years hands-onServiceNowdevelopment experience,Javascripting, integrations and configurations.Also,should have worked on major ITSM modules

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and system integrations (APIs, data imports, and third-party tools).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, hybrid infrastructure, and modern IT operating models.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA);additionalServiceNow certifications are preferred.

• ITIL v3 or v4 certification with a strong understanding of ITIL best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the semiconductor industry.

• Exposure to HRSD, GRC/IRM, and Employee Center.

• ServiceNow certifications such as CIS-Discovery, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, or CAD preferred.
