• Lead the development, optimization, and implementation of advanced device engineering methodologies, processes, and solutions.

• Solve complex technical challenges and drive innovative improvements to existing device technologies and engineering practices.

• Plan, execute, and support device development projects, including contributions to large-scale engineering initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, integrate, and introduce new technologies, features, and process enhancements.

• Mentor, train, and provide technical guidance to engineers and project team members to support knowledge sharing and capability development.

• Contribute to technical publications, conference presentations, patents, and industry knowledge advancement activities.

• Engage with suppliers, research partners, and industry consortia to evaluate emerging technologies and support technical roadmaps.

• Support technical reviews, project teams, and engineering activities while ensuring alignment with business, quality, and operational objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Education – Graduating with Bachelor’s, Master's, or P.h.D in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited degree program.  

• Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing. 

• Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)  

• Travel - Up to 10%

• Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate andexecute onsolutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong planning& organizationalskills.
