Graduate Sales - Solutions ArchitectThis role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be joining a team who will support you throughout the duration of the graduate program to grow, develop and succeed.

Start Date : October 2026

What you’ll do :

• Develop an understanding of customer technology environments to design solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
• Build architecture and product knowledge across HPE’s portfolio through formal training and technical certifications
• Contribute to the design of end-to-end technical solutions in collaboration with senior architects and account teams
• Support solution architecture for our customers, working closely with partners and stakeholders
• Assist in translating customer requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technical designs
• Provide technical input into proposals, presentations, and solution documentation
• Engage specialist technical resources where required to strengthen solution design and delivery

What you’ll need:

• Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in 2025 or 2026 preferably with a focus in Business  Informatics, Computer science or related degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Czech
• Experience or a proven interest in sales and a passion for technology
• Excellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussions

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills and the ability to ask smart questions
