What you'll be doing

• Lead client projects from briefing through to delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs and strong stakeholder engagement.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as a strategic partner and advisor on media and creative effectiveness.
• Analyse research and market data, transforming findings into clear, actionable recommendations for brand and marketing teams.
• Deliver compelling presentations and storytelling that influence decision-making at senior stakeholder level.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client partnerships and contribute to the commercial success of the business.
• Collaborate with colleagues across markets and functions to deliver integrated solutions and share best practice. Adapted from the role responsibilities in the source document.

The ideal skills and experience

• Solid professional experience in marketing, insights, media, consultancy or a related field, with demonstrated ability to manage projects independently.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with research data and commercial insights.
• Proven experience building client relationships and influencing stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
• A proactive and structured approach, with strong project management and organisational skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential. Experience working in an international environment would be beneficial.
• Naturally curious, commercially minded and motivated by solving business problems.
