As a Field Service Engineer [Customer Engineer] at Applied Materials, you serve as the direct liaison with customers, collaborating closely to install, maintain, and upgrade equipment. You'll use digital analytics for troubleshooting and apply basic diagnostic techniques to assess and address technical issues. Your responsibilities include performing preventative and corrective maintenance on various systems such as electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems. 반도체 생산에 필요한 공정별 장비의 Installation을 전문적으로 수행합니다.
Applied Materials 장비가 필요한 곳에 Installation을 담당하므로
해외 및 국내 지역 출장이 많습니다. (Up To 75%)
Field Service Team
Field에서 Installation 이후 일어나는 Trouble-Shooting, Maintenance, 장비 안정화 등을 담당하는 팀입니다.
고객과 커뮤니케이션하며 장비 운영상 발생하는 기술문제 해결과 지원을 담당합니다.

- 영어 의사소통 가능자
