Job Definition:
TheFinancial AnalystwillsupportthelocalIntercompanyprocess, system implementations, local statutoryauditsandadditionalad hoc tasks.
Essential Duties and Job Functions:
•The development of strong relationships with stakeholders and business partnersespecially Tax,Treasury®ionally accounting teams.
Work with the external auditors on the completion oflocalstatutory audits.
Prepare and record intercompany accounting entries across multiple regions including cross border transaction involving cash repatriations,infusionand other legal entity transactions.
Manage intercompany settlement process in partnership Treasury and Tax teams.
Reconcile intercompany positions and ensure intercompany positions balance globally.
Helpdevelop,maintainand assess internal controls related to accounting and financial reporting systems.
Recommend changes in processes and/or policies andutilizetechnologies that will provide efficiencies.
Develop, measure, report and consistently meetappropriate servicelevel targets for all major processes.
Train andprovide guidance and direction to global finance teams.
Maintainledger integrity and ensure compliance with the internal company policy.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
•Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and Finance/Business degree.
• Qualified accountant with proven knowledge of accounting principles.
•Knowledge and experience of SOX Compliance.
•Experience of dealing with external and internal audit functions.
•Working knowledge and experience of Oracle or similar ERP product.
•Proficiencywith Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, and Word)required.
•Self-starter and able to act on own initiativeand proven analytical ability and creativeproblem-solvingskills.
•Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, working under pressure andmeeting strict reporting deadlines.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written, presentational).
Fluency in English and Greek is a requirement for the role.
