Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with external vendors to support engineering validation and turn‑key manufacturing solutions
• Design, sustain, and troubleshoot printed circuit boards (PCBs), power supplies, and electronic test fixtures
• Interpret and apply engineering requirements and specifications at the board and sub‑system levels
• Perform failure analysis and root‑cause investigations for analog, digital, and mixed‑signal electronics
• Conduct hands‑on PCBA debugging using laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, DMMs, etc.)
• Independently troubleshoot board‑level and sub‑system issues with moderate technical ownership
• Contribute to sustaining engineering activities, including corrective actions, ECO execution, and manufacturability improvements
• Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams (systems, software, manufacturing, service, supply chain) to resolve technical issues
• Create and maintain engineering documentation, including schematics, ECOs, test procedures, and sustaining updates
• Communicate technical findings, risks, and project status to stakeholders and management

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline
• 2+ years of experience in electronics design, sustaining engineering, or board‑level support roles
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience debugging PCBAs and electronic sub‑systems
• Solid foundation in analog and digital circuit design principles
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in a global, cross‑functional environment
