Role Purpose
The IT Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, security, and support of the company's IT infrastructure. This role provides technical support to users, manages infrastructure systems, and contributes to local and regional technology initiatives.
- Provide IT infrastructure and end-user support, including hardware, software, networking, and workplace technology.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, PCs, printers, network devices, and related infrastructure components.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security to ensure business continuity.
- Manage hardware and software inventories, asset lifecycle records, and documentation.
- Support backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
- Collaborate with regional IT teams, Information Security, auditors, and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for infrastructure support and maintenance.
- Contribute to local implementation of regional and global IT projects and initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Administration or IT Operations.
- Good understanding of infrastructure technologies, servers, networking, storage, backup, and endpoint management.
- Experience with Windows Server administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration is a plus.
- Fluent or business-level English.
- Technical education or equivalent IT background.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and service-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to effectively utilize AI-powered tools and automation solutions to streamline IT operations, improve service delivery, and support business productivity.

The expected salary range for this position is 32.000-38.000 Euros gross annually. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
