As a member of the team, you'll be involved in topics including financial reporting, treasury, corporate actuarial, tax, investor relations and mergers and acquisitions. The Tax Consultant will support the delivery of tax reporting, tax provisioning, and tax compliance activities for Ireland, the UK, and the wider EMEA region. This is a strong development opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond routine tax compliance and gain hands-on exposure to tax accounting, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, controls, audit support, and cross-border stakeholder management within a global financial services organisation.
Success in this role requires curiosity, attention to detail, sound judgement, and the confidence to work with colleagues across tax and finance. You’ll collaborate closely with the US Tax Team, EMEA Tax Team, EMEA Finance teams, and local country stakeholders in an environment where your contribution will help support accurate reporting, effective governance, and confident decision-making.

- Build strong relationships with EMEA Tax, US Tax, Finance, and local country stakeholders through clear communication, reliable delivery, and proactive follow-up.
- Contribute to ad hoc tax projects and process improvements, gaining exposure to a variety of tax, reporting, governance, and finance initiatives across the EMEA region.
- Utilize approved AI tools to improve operational efficiency, reporting, documentation, analysis, and decision support while maintaining appropriate oversight and quality control.
