Engineering Excellence Engineer(FY28 NCG)

Responsibilities:

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve assembly process-related problems.
• Coordinate and complete process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization initiatives, implementing changes at process steps.
• Lead and participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities.
• Validate and fan out new process baselines, including new processes, tools, and materials for new product introductions.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness, while aligning with organizational standards and legal requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve process-related issues.
• Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Baseline digital proficiency and role-appropriate AI literacy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Engineering or a related area, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools for research, analysis, content creation, and operational tasks.
• Outstanding project management skills.
• Familiarity with SPC/FDC/RMS/APC.
• Ability to manage and audit material suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and risk management objectives.
