Digital Cloud & AI Specialist (Azure, Education) は、教育機関の経営層、教学・研究部門、情報システム部門のリーダーと連携し、Microsoft Azureを中心としたクラウドおよびAI活用のビジネス価値を定義し、案件創出から価値実現までをリードするソリューションセールスロールです。Azureの主要Solution PlaysであるMigrate & Modernize、Unify Data Platform、Innovate with AI Apps and Agentsを軸に、Azure AI Foundry（Azure OpenAIを含む）、クラウドインフラ、アプリケーションモダナイゼーション、データ基盤を活用し、教育・研究の高度化、教職員の生産性向上、安全でスケーラブルなクラウド活用を推進します。

The Digital Cloud & AI Specialist (Azure, Education) is a solution sales role responsible for defining and driving the business value of Microsoft Azure and AI with education customers. This role leads Cloud & AI sales motions across key Azure Solution Plays including Migrate & Modernize, Unify Data Platform, and Innovate with AI Apps and Agents, helping customers accelerate innovation, productivity, and secure, scalable cloud adoption.

Responsibilities
- 担当テリトリーにおけるCloud & AIビジネスをEnd-to-Endでリードし、アカウント/テリトリープラン、パイプライン、ACR（Azure Consumption Revenue）forecast、案件進捗を管理する。
- 教育機関の経営・教学・研究・業務・IT上の課題を理解し、Migrate & Modernize、Unify Data Platform、Innovate with AI Apps and Agentsを中心としたAzure変革シナリオとビジネス価値を提案する。
- Account Executive、Solution Engineer、Commercial Executiveなどと連携し、案件発掘、資格判定、提案、クロージング、導入後の消費拡大までをオーケストレーションする。
- 顧客の技術的・商務的レディネス、意思決定者・インフルエンサーのマッピング、導入計画、Consumption blockersを整理し、予測可能な案件クローズと価値実現を支援する。
- Microsoftの営業プロセス、デジタルシグナル、セールスプログラム、パートナー共販を活用し、新規ワークロード、新規コンタクト、MACCを含むAzure消費機会を創出・拡大する。
- 競合状況、市場動向、Education固有のクラウド/AIニーズを理解し、Microsoftの価値を顧客コミュニケーションに反映する。
- Lead the end-to-end Cloud & AI business for the assigned territory, including account and territory planning, pipeline development, ACR (Azure Consumption Revenue) forecasting, and opportunity progression.
- Identify strategic business, academic, research, operational, and IT challenges for education customers and propose Azure transformation scenarios centered on Migrate & Modernize, Unify Data Platform, and Innovate with AI Apps and Agents.
- Orchestrate with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Commercial Executives, and related stakeholders across opportunity discovery, qualification, proposal, close, and post-sale consumption growth.
- Assess customer technical and commercial readiness, stakeholder maps, deployment plans, and consumption blockers to de-risk opportunities and drive predictable deal closure and value realization.
- Leverage Microsoft sales processes, digital signals, sales programs, and partner co-sell motions to create and expand Azure consumption opportunities, including MACC-related opportunities.
- Understand competitive dynamics, market trends, and Education-specific Cloud & AI needs, and position Microsoft value effectively in customer communications.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- クラウドテクノロジー関連の営業、ソリューション営業、アカウントマネジメント、事業開発、または関連領域で概ね5年以上の経験。
- Azure、AI、生成AI、クラウドインフラ、アプリケーション開発、データ活用、デジタルトランスフォーメーションに関する基礎的な理解または強い関心。
- 経営層、教学・研究部門、業務部門、IT部門など複数のステークホルダーと対話し、顧客課題をビジネス成果とAzure消費拡大に結び付けて整理できる力。
- 顧客折衝を日本語で行うための高い日本語コミュニケーション力。英語での読み書き・社内連携に前向きに取り組めること。
Preferred Qualifications
- Education、公共、エンタープライズ、またはクラウド/AI領域でのソリューション営業経験。
- パイプライン管理、フォーキャスト、案件クロージング、パートナー共販、顧客満足度、導入後の活用定着を意識した提案活動をリードした経験。
- Azure、AI、データ、アプリケーションモダナイゼーションに関するMicrosoft製品・サービスの知識。
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in cloud technology sales, solution sales, account management, business development, or related fields.
- Foundational understanding of or strong interest in Azure, AI, generative AI, cloud infrastructure, application development, data, and digital transformation.
- Ability to engage executives, academic and research stakeholders, business leaders, and IT leaders to connect customer priorities with business outcomes and Azure consumption growth.
- Strong Japanese communication skills for customer engagement and willingness to collaborate in English where needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in solution sales for Education, public sector, enterprise, cloud, or AI scenarios.
- Experience leading engagements involving pipeline management, forecasting, deal closure, partner co-selling, customer satisfaction, and post-deployment adoption.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products and services across Azure, AI, data, and application modernization.
