Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery helps customers translate ambitious AI strategies into measurable business outcomes. The AI Business Solutions practice is expanding its role from technology implementation to leading repeatable Frontier transformation programs that combine business transformation, Microsoft technology, human-and-agent operating models, and disciplined delivery.
The Frontier Program Manager leads complex, cross-functional customer programs from early shaping through value realisation. This role connects customer ambition to an executable transformation roadmap, orchestrates One Microsoft and partner teams, embeds AI-first delivery as the default operating model, and converts successful engagements into reusable plays, assets, and customer evidence that can scale across Asia.
Role mission
Lead strategic Frontier programs with customers, deliver measurable business outcomes through AI-native ways of working, and make every engagement a source of reusable capability for ABS Asia.
Responsibilities
Lead Frontier transformation programs- Own end-to-end program outcomes across the four ABS transformation plays. Translate customer priorities into a sequenced transformation roadmap, measurable outcomes, governance, and delivery plan.
Shape the opportunity early- Partner with account teams, architects, consultants, business leaders, and specialists during envisioning and qualification. Shift the conversation from product scope to customer business outcomes, value, adoption, and the operating changes required to sustain impact.
Orchestrate One Microsoft delivery - Bring together cross-solution and cross-functional teams across ABS, Cloud and AI, Security, engineering, support, partners, and customer stakeholders. Establish clear decision rights, dependencies, escalation paths, and an integrated program rhythm.
Make AI-first delivery the default - Design and run an AI-enabled program operating model across planning, estimation, RAID, status reporting, forecasting, documentation, governance, and knowledge management. Use approved agents, Copilot experiences, automation, templates, and reusable delivery assets while retaining named human accountability for validation and decisions.
Drive quality, predictability, and commercial performance - Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, finances, risk reserve, consumption, change control, and customer health. Identify risk early, engage the appropriate response and recovery mechanisms, and maintain transparent executive-level governance.
Measure and realise value - Define baselines and outcome measures with customers, track time-to-value and business impact, and use evidence to guide prioritisation and investment decisions. Connect delivery outcomes to adoption, consumption, expansion, and customer success stories.
Codify and scale what works - Harvest repeatable patterns, playbooks, templates, agents, methods, case studies, and lessons from each engagement. Contribute them through the relevant governed repositories and communities so other teams and countries can reuse them.
Lead change and build capability -Coach project managers and delivery teams in Frontier program leadership, AI-enabled governance, agile and product-oriented delivery, and executive communication. Create an inclusive environment that supports learning, experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
How success will be measured
Measurable customer business outcomes, value realisation, adoption, and time-to-value are defined, governed, and evidenced.
Complex programs achieve strong milestone predictability, financial discipline, customer health, and proactive risk management.
AI-first practices are embedded across the program lifecycle, with evidence of reduced effort, improved speed, stronger quality, or reduced risk.
Delivery outcomes create follow-on consumption, expansion opportunities, or customer evidence in partnership with account and solution teams.
Successful approaches are converted into governed, reusable assets and are adopted beyond the originating engagement.
Cross-functional teams operate with clear accountability, fast decisions, effective executive governance, and a consistent One Microsoft experience.
Qualifications
Extensive experience leading complex technology-enabled business transformation programs with enterprise customers.
Demonstrated success managing multi-workstream programs across customer, partner, engineering, consulting, and executive stakeholder groups.
Strong program-management capability across scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, governance, commercial controls, and organisational change.
Experience translating business priorities into measurable outcomes, delivery roadmaps, operating mechanisms, and executive decisions.
Working knowledge of AI-enabled transformation and the ability to lead human-and-agent delivery practices responsibly, with appropriate validation and accountability.
Excellent executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills in complex or ambiguous environments.
Ability to operate across organisational and geographical boundaries and to influence without direct authority.
Preferred qualifications
Experience with Microsoft AI Business Solutions, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Foundry, Agent 365, or related enterprise AI capabilities.
Experience leading outcome-based, fixed-fee, agile, product-oriented, or co-innovation programs.
Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, AI-enabled delivery tooling, reusable IP governance, and data-driven portfolio reporting.
Relevant AI and technical-fluency credentials, plus recognised program, project, agile, change, or product-management certification.
Experience in one or more priority industries and in leading transformation across multiple Asia markets.
